As Zoey’s Communication Specialist you will:

  • Be responsible for handling customer contacts with German-speaking customers.
  • Provide German-speaking customers with personalized tips.
  • Work on improving customer satisfaction.
  • Build a good customer relationship between our partners and their customers
  • Work independently
  • Work at home

Requirements:

  • Excellent spelling and grammar of the German language
  • You are able to write creative content
  • Minimum HBO thinking and working level
  • Excellent ‘personal’ communication skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Being able to thrive in high pressure situations
  • Able to work towards a monthly goal
  • Experience in writing content in German is a must
  • Dutch is a pre
